Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Who we are

These terms govern the services offered by Sparx Riser through this website. Contact us via our contact page. By engaging our services, you accept these terms.

2. Bookings

  • A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation (on screen, by email or by phone).
  • Prices and estimated durations are shown per service before you book. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • For heavily soiled vehicles or vehicles larger than indicated at booking, we may adjust the price or duration, we will always tell you before starting work.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours, or if you do not show up, we may charge up to 50% of the booked service price.
  • If we must cancel (for example due to illness or equipment failure), we will offer you a new slot as soon as possible or a full refund of any amount paid. No further compensation is due.

4. Your vehicle and belongings

  • Please remove valuables and personal items before the service. We are not responsible for loss of items left in the vehicle, except in cases of proven fault on our part.
  • Please tell us in advance about pre-existing damage, fragile parts, aftermarket finishes (e.g. wraps, ceramic coatings, tinted films) or known defects (e.g. faulty window seals). We adapt our methods where needed.
  • We inspect vehicles before starting work and will point out significant pre-existing damage we notice.

5. Liability

  • We carry out all work with professional care and are insured for damage caused by our fault during the service.
  • Any damage must be reported to us before leaving the premises, and at the latest within 24 hours, with photos.
  • We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing wear or defects (e.g. loose trim, aged paint, prior scratches), for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues not reported within the period above.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

6. Products and shop orders

  • Product prices include VAT. Orders are confirmed by email and are subject to availability.
  • As a consumer, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days for products bought at a distance, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective.
  • Legal warranty rights under Belgian consumer law apply to all products we sell.

7. Complaints

If you are not satisfied, tell us, on site, by phone or by email. We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly, usually by redoing the work or offering a fair correction. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Sparx Riser operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction; mandatory local consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking or order applies to that booking or order.
